How a project works
Four phases from your first message to the published website. For each phase you can see what we do, what we need from you and what you have at the end.
Phase 1 of 4
Enquiry and consultation
You tell us what you have in mind via the contact form, by email or in a personal conversation. A few sentences are enough to start. We usually reply within 1–2 working days; if it makes sense, a free 15–20 minute call by phone or WhatsApp follows.
What we do

Phase 2 of 4
Quote and planning
We set out the scope, services, price and terms in a quote. You review the quote at your own pace and clarify any questions with us. Work begins once you have confirmed the quote, on the terms agreed in it.
What the quote contains
- Package and agreed pages or sections
- Number of revision rounds: Standard 1, Premium 2, Elite 3
- Price and payment terms
- What isn't included, such as domain, hosting or photography
Your part
- Review the quote and ask questions
- Confirm the quote when everything fits
- Gather texts, images, logo and business details
Payment: as agreed in the quote. We don't require full payment in advance before the project starts.
Outcome A clearly agreed job: scope, price and payment are settled.
Phase 3 of 4
Design and build
Once the quote is confirmed and your content has arrived, we design and build the website within the agreed scope. For a Standard website we usually plan 3–5 working days; for several pages we plan the timeline together.

- Build it for smartphone, tablet and computer
- Work in your texts and images
- Show you a draft to review
Your part
- Supply texts, images and business details; if something is missing, we use placeholders for now
- Review the draft
- Send your changes collected in one message
Revision rounds: Standard includes 1, Premium 2, Elite 3. An additional round costs CHF 30, an additional subpage from CHF 75. New features are not part of the revisions; they are discussed beforehand.
Outcome A website you have reviewed and approved.
Phase 4 of 4
Completion and launch
Before publishing, we check the finished website against the agreed scope. It goes live once we've agreed it with you.
What we do
- Check links, buttons and display on all devices
- Test the contact form, if there is one
- Check page titles and descriptions for search engines
- Publish the website, with help on domain and email depending on the package
Your part
- Approve the finished website
- Access to domain and hosting, where agreed
Handover, domain, hosting and access details follow what was agreed in the quote. Ongoing third-party fees such as domain, hosting or email are not included in the project price. You receive the agreed usage rights once paid in full.
Outcome Your website is live, and you know which costs you'll have with third parties afterwards.
